Global Women’s Leadership Network - NE Sister Society Luncheon

Join us for a salary negotiation workshop!

Closing the gender wage gap would add $513 Billion to the national economy and cut poverty among working women by more than half. As an industry that is deeply committed to economic advancement for the members we serve, we are compelled to help narrow this gender wage gap in our industry and in our communities.

The New England Sister Society of the Global Women’s Leadership Network is excited to introduce the American Association of University Women’s Salary Negotiation Workshop. This lunch meeting and workshop will demonstrate how to empower women with the skills and confidence they need to negotiate their salaries.

As a participant, you will gain confidence in your own negotiation style, learning how to identify and articulate personal value, develop persuasive responses to use in negotiating, and how to conduct objective market research to benchmark a target salary and benefits.

You will learn more about the pay gap, including the long-term consequences on careers, as well as learn about how and why your credit union may wish to bring a salary negotiation workshop into your local credit union community.

This workshop will be limited to the first 60 registrants.
