Beyond Diversity:
Will Corporate America
Embrace the New Workforce?

The Council and Project Equality (PE) are pleased to present this special issue of One City magazine focusing on workforce diversity. Project Equality is a national organization that works with corporations, nonprofits, and religious organizations to help each sector reach diversity and affirmative action goals. In addition, PE provides EEO compliance audits.

“Beyond Diversity” takes a practical look at employing diversity in corporate America by examining the ups and downs of diversity training and outreach. This issue of One City also provides some nontraditional views about incorporating diversity in an organization, including an article by Dr. Anthony Ipsaro, who says “the involvement of white men is essential for society and the workplace in order to move beyond traditional diversity efforts.”
