City Colleges of Chicago:
Challenges for a ‘New Day’

This special report issue of One City focuses on first an overall description of the City Colleges for the public’s review. Then the Council presents its own analysis of the problems, challenges, and issues facing the City Colleges directed by Day Piercy of Willow Resources, Inc.

This issue is meant to stimulate both discussion and action surrounding City Colleges so that we can optimize the opportunities that they create and the manner in which they are operated.
